To use our services you must first register with us.

Membership is free and you do not have to be a Blue Badge Holder or have a permanent impairment, for example, if you have an injury or other temporary ailment that may impair your ability to get about, then you can also sign up to use our services.

We will need to complete a short registration form and You will need to provide two items of identification, one with your signature (e.g. passport or driving licence, bank or credit card) and one showing your home address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill).

This is necessary for us to provide you with the service you require and for insurance purposes.

Any information we obtain from you is used solely for our own administrative purposes to provide you with the service. Your details are not shared with any third party or any other organisation outside Neath Port Talbot Shopmobility Ltd. View our Privacy Notice here.

Once this is completed the equipment is available to you to hire and you will not need to produce ID again on subsequent visits.

Our staff will discuss your requirements with you to ensure that you are provided with the appropriate equipment for your needs and will show you how to use the equipment.

To ensure availability of equipment suitable for your needs please pre-book by calling us on Neath 01639 637372 or Port Talbot 01639 894949.

Please note that all equipment hired on a day basis must be returned to the shop by 3.45pm.

In extreme weather such as snow, ice or high winds being forecast, please call us first to check that our services are operating. On some occasions, we may have to close or offer a limited service, so please check before you leave home.
